Hewitt will manage worldwide HR for Mariott
Hewitt Associates, a global human resources service provider, has signed a contract for seven years to Marriott hotels worldwide to take responsibility for their HR activities. Hewitt will handle personel administration, benefit programmes, recruitment and selection, job rotation and training and development activities for the total 133,000 employees of the hotel chain.
